These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Knowear mobile application ("App") operated by Knoverse ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Knowear is a digital wardrobe management application that allows you to:

• Catalog and organize your clothing items
• Create and save outfit combinations
• Plan outfits for events using calendar integration
• Receive AI-powered outfit recommendations
• Track wardrobe usage and style analytics

3. User Accounts

To use the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App, including photos, wardrobe data, and outfit combinations ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Is unlawful, harmful, or objectionable
• Contains malware or malicious code

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Sign-In for authentication
• Google Calendar for event-based outfit planning
• AI services for outfit recommendations

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or practices.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Knoverse and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• AI recommendations will be accurate or suitable for any particular occasion
• Data will not be lost (we recommend keeping backups of important information)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knoverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@knoverse.io. Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be deleted within 30 days
• Some data may be retained as required by law
• This action is irreversible

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Knoverse operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
